  • IT Services Process

    Our standards are on par with established practices of the IT industry, which ensure that we deliver quality output that is debugged and on time. To ensure smooth dealings, we have a defined project methodology, which is as follows:

    1. Requirement Analysis
    Requirement Analysis is the first and most vital part of the Software Development Life Cycle, and it is also widely termed a Feasibility study. It is aimed at providing a clear vision for development of the IT asset that successfully meets your requirements.

    2. Feasibility Check
    In this phase, the development team visits you personally or discusses via a conference call to ascertain information about your system. The team investigates the need for possible software automation in the given system. At the completion of the feasibility study, the team furnishes a document that contains the different specific recommendations for the candidate system. It also includes the personnel assignments, costs, project schedule and target dates. The process of gathering requirements is intense and focused. To understand the nature of the program(s) to be built, the system engineer ("analyst") must understand the information domain, as well as required function, behavior, performance and interfacing. The essential purpose of this phase is to find the need and to define the problem that needs to be solved.

    3. Coding and System Integration
    The design must be translated into a machine-readable form to be executed. The code generation step performs this task. If the design is performed in a detailed manner, code generation can be accomplished without much complication. Programming tools like Compilers, Interpreters and Debuggers are used to generate the code. Different high level programming languages like C, C++, ASP, VB.NET, C# and Java are used for coding. The programming language is chosen with respect to the type of application. Once the code is generated, the software program testing begins. Different manual and automated testing methodologies are available to uncover the bugs remaining from the previous phases.

    4. Design and Implementation
    Once the frame work is ready and tested, the design and implementation phase can begin. After the deployment, our team delivers a demo to the IT asset.

    5. Client Feedback and System Maintenance
    Once the deployment is successful, we gather your feedback to assess our performance.
